If you’re looking for a community that combines proximity to JBLM, pride of ownership, large parcels, and community pride- you might like Rainier Oaks Estates. Rainier Oaks Estates is a community located 20 minutes from JBLM, just off Mountain Highway at the bottom of Muck Creek Hill.  This area where Graham and Spanaway meet is often referred to as the “Gateway to Mount Rainier.” In fact, it is a 1 hour drive to Mount Rainier National Park from Rainier Oaks Estates.

Rainier Oaks Estates is made up of 17 country properties situated on paved roads in an estate setting.  The neighborhood is well named for it’s ancient oak trees, including a 300 year old oak tree on one of the properties. Most of the lots are either 2.5 acre or 5 acre parcels.  Half of the properties are equestrian properties with the neccessary amenities and the rest are luxury acreage.  According to local Realtor Linda Diehl, “Most of the residents like this community because of the feeling they get of being in a rural setting while still being close to town.”

Currently there is one equestrian property for sale in Rainier Oaks Estates. You can see pictures of the house and neighborhood here.  For more information about homes in Rainier Oaks Estates contact Linda Diehl.
