Summer is here and the time is right for celebrating diversity in Pierce County- Ethnic Fest 2011 will be held in Wright Park on July 30th & 31st.  Ethnic Fest is a community celebration that has been a part of Tacoma since 1986.  Ethnic Fest showcases some of the many different cultures that make up the diverse life here in Tacoma and Pierce County.

This year there will be two full days of music and dance on the main stages as well as booths with a variety of food and art from around the world.  From tahitian dance to gypsy jazz the entertainment reflects the wide variety of cultures represented in our community.

Admission to Ethnic Fest 2011 is free and the event goes from Noon to 7pm on July 30th & 31st.  Head on down to Wright Park and see what it’s all about!
